These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vibelevel.xyz (the "Service"), operated by BOLD BYTES DEV LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

vibelevel.xyz is a free tool that analyzes public GitHub and Lovable profiles to generate a "vibe score" across multiple dimensions. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes and is not intended as a professional evaluation of developer skills or capabilities.

Account & authentication

  • You may authenticate via GitHub OAuth or Google OAuth — we do not store passwords
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You may terminate your session at any time by logging out

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Use vibe scores to harass, bully, or discriminate against any individual
  • Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, scores, or any other Service data
  • Circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Content & scores

  • Vibe scores are algorithmically generated from public data and AI — they do not constitute endorsements, judgments, or professional assessments
  • AI-generated descriptions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or nonsensical
  • Scores and leaderboard positions are subject to change at any time without notice
  • We reserve the right to remove any profile or content from the Service at our sole discretion

Intellectual property

Your GitHub and Lovable data remains your property. The vibelevel.xyz name, brand, design, scoring algorithms, and all associated intellectual property are owned by BOLD BYTES DEV LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are free to share your vibe score publicly.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOLD BYTES DEV LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOLD BYTES DEV LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
